Thank you for your time, I hope you take my ideas into consideration. Fully zombified players will have a buff that makes them have higher unarmed damage, like normal zombies. Fully zombified players can press a button, for example, Y, on a non infected/ zombified player to have a small chance to infect them, than the infected will have to either join the zombies, or get a cure. You will still have your normal skin, but, be zombified. Once fully zombified, Zombies will not attack you. It wouldn't have so many debuffs, Infected would slowly become zombies. It should be made out 3 Rotten Flesh, on the top row, 2 Glass Panes, on the outside of the middle row, 3 Glass Panes on the bottom row, and a water bucket in the center, giving bucket back after crafted. There should be a syringe with a 1/3 chance to Infect you, 2/3 to do nothing, for the people who want infection. This mod could be used for a large server, Infected V Cured. It shouldn't be that bad, I think you should have a choice to be infected, not have to be cured 24/7. But I think that being infected should be a viable option. Thanks for using our mod! We are open to suggestions, so if you feel like leaving any then just post it on the comments! You can also support us via Patreon if you feel like it! Our mod is under the GPL v3 License, you can find the open source link right here: Our mod uses the GPL v3, so feel free to use our mod on any mod pack, it's not necessary to give us credits and a link to this page or the Minecraft Forums, but it would be really appreciated if you do so. ![]() Mod Spotlight by HelldogMadness (v 1.0/2.0) Mod Spotlight by i Febag (tomberry87) (v 1.0/2.0) Mod Spotlight by the "TrollenBros" (DarkWolf Gaming) (v 1.0/2.0) The Zombie Cure cures the infection caused by zombies, what you do is you eat the item, and after 10 seconds every status effect that has been caused by the Infection will be cured. Potion Effects after two minutes of being Infected. You can't read the names of the items while being Infected.Infection Effects, when you just got infected. There is also 25% of probabilities that if you hit a specific mob while you're infected, it will give the mob the wither effect, and there is another 25% chance that if the mob has the wither effect active and you hit him again while you're infected, then the mob will die and revive as a zombie version of the mob.įor now only the following mobs can be infected: Wither (After 8 minutes have passed without supplying the cure).Weakness (The player does less-damage to other entities).Hunger (You WON'T be able to recover any food bar until you find the cure, try if you want).Mining Fatigue (Makes the player dig slower). You also get certain effects when infected, such as: If you get infected, you will receive a message on the chat that says "You have been infected, find the cure." after that you will have to find the cure as fast as you can, you will also burn on daylight when infected if you're not wearing a helmet. "Zombie Infection" is a mod with the purpose of adding that element missing on the Minecraft Vanilla Zombies, adding a new potion effect called infection, which has a 10% chance of appearing if a zombie hits you. ![]()

![]() The IFTTT app allows you to create all of these great actions on your portable device. One of the things that make the IFTTT app really useful is that there are literally thousands of “recipes” already made and shared.Īt this time, there are over 3000 pages of shared recipes from IFTTT users besides the great ones that you yourself can create. If students have to bring a book to class every Friday, for example, you could set up a “Recipe” to tweet out "IF Every Thursday at 8:00 PM to Post a new tweet to reminding students to bring a book". The students put that in their email and it will automatically save all responses with that hashtag to a folder I created in my Google Drive. Flow by Microsoft and IFTTT allow us to set actions to be carried out with compatible apps based on certain conditions. ![]() I created a hashtag of #TOTD which stands for ticket out the door. In my classroom, the students can bring their own device, so I can use IFTTT for the ticket out the door. This allows me to have material handy that I may want to use for a presentation. Since I always have my cell phone handy, I set up this recipe and am immediately alerted.Īnother recipe that I use a lot in my classroom is "every time I take a screenshot upload a copy of it to my Google Drive". The solution is to create an IFTTT recipe that says every time I get an email with the subject “New Form Entry: Contact Form” send me a text message. The problem is that I don’t always check my email and I may miss a submission. ![]() I have a contact form that sends me an email any time a parent or student has a question. The idea behind IFTTT is that "if this happens, then do that”. "What is IFTTT", you say? Well, IFTTT is a great app and website that allow me to automate many classroom tasks. ![]() ![]() ![]() Four BEADs are placed onto each of the play spaces to start the game. How many BEADs does Mancala have? Mancala requires 48 BEADs of any colour. The first, Kalah, is usually considered a children’s game. In most versions, the object is to capture the most seeds. Is Mancala a kids game?ĭepending on which variant of mancala is played, there are different rules for capture. How many versions of Mancala are there? Variations Of Mancala: There are two main varieties of Mancala- Kalah, which is a children’s game and Oware, which can be played by both kids and adults. It turns out that in Mancala, you can find a way not only to win (which is nice), but to win all the marbles (awesome), and to do so on your very first move! Let the Battle of the First Move play itself out! But when both players are equally experienced then game is always won by the player who went first. 2.ĭoes the person who goes first in Mancala always win? Of course unless first player is someone who plays first time and have no idea how to use actions. Mancala facilitates memory, observation and concentration skills, and promotes face to face social interaction, all of which can be areas of difficulty for children with learning disabilities. It also teaches thinking, planning, strategy skills and logic building as students learn to recognize patterns. What skills are taught learned from playing mancala? The winner is the person with the most stones in his mancala after counting.Īlso Does the person who goes first in mancala always win? Of course unless first player is someone who plays first time and have no idea how to use actions. His opponent then takes all of the stones on his side and places them in his mancala. ![]() ![]() Who wins mancala? The game is over when a player (not both) has no more stones on his side. ![]() ![]() ![]() There’s no contingency for when both attempts fail. ![]() The strategy also assumes that a file will either be fetched from the network or the cache. For that reason, I think the script is best suited for fairly small sites. This script doesn’t do any cleanup so the cache might grow and grow and grow. Service workers don’t perform any automatic cleanup of caches-that’s up to you to do (usually during the activate event). ![]() It’s a fairly simplistic strategy that could work for quite a few sites, but it has some issues… I got there in the end and the script seems solid enough. In the process, my misunderstanding of how await works led Jake to write a great blog post on await vs return vs return await. Jake came to my rescue and we revised the script into something that actually worked. My original attempt was riddled with errors. The idea is that HTML content will always be fresh (unless there’s a problem with the network), while all other content-images, style sheets, scripts-might be slightly stale, but get refreshed with every request. So HTML files are served network-first, while all other files are served cache-first, but in both cases a fresh copy is always put in the cache. For any other files, look for a copy in the cache first but meanwhile fetch a fresh version from the network to update the cache (and if there’s no existing version in the cache, fetch the file from the network and store a copy of it in the cache). If there’s a request for an HTML page, fetch it from the network and store a copy in a cache (but if the network request fails, try looking in the cache instead).Still, I was wondering if it would be possible to create a service worker script that would work for most websites. So the service worker strategy for every website needs to be different too. The thing is, every website is different. They’re one of those technologies that have such clear benefits to users that it seems like a no-brainer to add a service worker to just about any website. His US app has already received high ratings from those that have used it.I really, really like service workers. “There are already alternative apps available for the iPhone but I wanted to create a well-designed app, and I’ve expanded its use beyond what is current available so it can also be used on the iPad,” added Matthew, who was educated at Rumney High School in Cardiff and the University of Glamorgan. He said: “I sell on eBay but it was frustrating having to wait until the auction had finished before I knew the fees and profit I had made. Matthew took more than a month to design the UK version. The fee calculator provides all the tools needed to calculate fees for all combinations of listing upgrades, categories and auction types, while the reverse calculators let you know the minimum price at which you need to sell your item in order to make the profit you want.” “The app, which is aimed at frequent private and business users, offers a set of fee calculators and ‘reverse’ calculators for four top auction sites: Amazon, eBay, eBid and PayPal. He said: “I wanted to design an app which was both comprehensive and user-friendly with a stylish design, which, I believe, is vital as it’s available on the Apple’s iconic iPad and iPhone. Matthew, an IT consultant whose business is called Logicworks, is offering a paid for version and a free version with adverts. Matthew, 32, who hails from Cardiff but now lives in California’s Silicon Valley, has launched an auction calculator in this country following a US version last October. IT wizard Matthew Nifield is hoping to cash in after designing an app for iPad and iPhone users who use the four top online auction sites in the UK. ![]() ![]() ![]() In Part Two, the different styles of source documentation are outlined before the authors move on to style issues in document design, and Part Three deals specifically with choosing the appropriate medium and form for a given situation, including writing and formatting letters, memos, and international correspondence, as well as a brief look at sending email and instant messages and the “netiquette” that entails. Here, a special section is devoted to APA and MLA guidelines. The authors detail library and Internet research, then discuss source documentation. Primary research is broken down into experience, interviewing (determining whom to interview, preparing, conducting, and expanding your notes), observing, and using questionnaires, for which an example is provided in-text. Part Two, chapter 6 deals extensively with research.
